One sweet bite of dark chocolate won't harm your health

There is an evidence that dark chocolate could be a superfood thanks to its high levels of antioxidants and health boosting compound called flavonoids. Flavonoids exist naturally in cacao or cocoa and so dark chocolates are made up cocoa. It also tend to have less sugar and fat than milk or white chocolate which contains no more cocoa at all. And so these naturally occuring antioxidants help protect cells from damage and mop up potential harmful molecules in the body.
So.... what dark chocolates can do..?
